Neo Company, founded in 2006 by a team with more than 17 years of experience in the Azerbaijan Communication market; Structured Cabling Systems, Fiber Optic Systems, Local and Wide Area Networks, Rack cabins, Telecom Systems markets the products needed by the distribution.
The group of companies initially started its development from various businesses established in the oil & gas industry in the early 1990s. Capital accumulated through these business activities was reinvested again, which resulted in a rapid growth and expansion of business activities in the oil and gas industry.
NESS is a company formed by the husband and wife partnership of John and Mahru Norton, both of which served on a long term basis with a leading Recruitment and HR, QA Company for a combined total experience in senior management positions for more than 10 years each, John as General Manager and Mahru as Operations Manager.
Net LLC, in 2018, set out to offer its customer the best quality product at the most affordable price.

The NEWCOND company has started its performance back in 1995 by selling “Afron” and “National” air conditioners in a moderate shop located on Nizami 121 street.
At that moment there were only several companies in Azerbaijan which were engaged in the sale of split air conditioners, and from year to year consumer demand for high-quality split air conditioners was increasing. Starting from 1997 the NEWCOND Company has started to sell "Mitsubishi Electric" air conditioners, famous Japanese brand, and gained consumer trust. These air conditioners serve clients till this day.
